privacy policy

Ecococoon respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes Ecococoon’s Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.

The Ecococoon online order form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional. The fields are:

  • Your name (*)

  • Email address  (*)

  • Telephone number (*)
  • Delivery address (*)

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. Ecococoon stores the information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unsolicited information. You can choose not to receive information on Ecococoon’s products.
If you want to pay with a credit card, you have to give the following information:

  • Credit card verification

  • Credit card number

  • Expiry date of credit card
  • Full name

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider (Paypal) who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by Ecococoon or (Paypal), and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. The transaction has a very high level of security as described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.

Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies


Your credit card details are sent directly to Ecococoon payment provider (Paypal) (visit www.paypal.com.au. Your contact information is sent to Ecococoon server over an unencrypted connection and forwarded to our authorised customer service staff.


Ecococoon Shipping Policy

  • Ecococoon is not responsible for the delivery of the purchase. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstance such as theft, damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
  • Items are shipped via Australia Post. Or Global Express Couriers Pty Ltd, T/A Fastway Couriers (Brisbane).
  • Shipping costs vary due to area/ size / bulk orders.
  • Delivery time is between 3 - 5 working days most area’s out of Australia possibly longer delivery times.
  • Delivery is available to addresses within Australia and or overseas.
  • If the recipients address is incorrect or if the recipient is unavailable and the purchase needs to be, re delivered there will be an additional fee.
  • We do require at least 12 hours notice to cancel an order.
  • Due to courier times we cannot give an exact time the delivery will occur we can only estimate.


Ecococoon return policy

  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, if you let us know within twenty-fours (24) hours we will be happy to exchange or give you a full refund.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept liability where the wrong delivery address or delivery date has been given due to customer error.


Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your order once it has been processed and received by us, money can only be refunded (less a $15 administrative fee) if notice is received by Ecococoon 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.  Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value, except where the order has been despatched for delivery, in which case no refund can be given. We cannot cancel any order that has already been processed.

If for some reason we are unable to fill your order, you will be contacted within 2 working days.

In the event that we need to contact you with respect to your order, we will attempt to do so firstly via the primary contact number you have provided on your order and secondly via your email address.  It is very important that you can be reached via one or all contact provided.

Our Guarantee


In the unlikely event that your card is used fraudulently, your bank or card issuer cannot hold you liable, provided that the unauthorised use of your card resulted through no fault of your own, from purchases made from Ecococoon, whilst using the secure server. In the unlikely incidence of unauthorised use of your card, you must report the incident immediately to your credit card provider in order to qualify for security protection.
