ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders received are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday (except on Public Holidays) from our warehouse using Australia Post (Dispatch closes at 9am on each dispatch day) or Sendle.  Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you with a shipping confirmation and your tracking number. You can then track your parcel via Australia Post or Sendle.  

Please note: Your parcel will be left at the front door/letterbox, unless you notify us on your order otherwise. 

If you require an express delivery service within Australia, we recommend you choose the Australian Express Post Delivery for a flat fee of $25.00.

We recommend during peak periods (eg: Christmas/Back to school periods), you allow plenty of additional time for delivery of your item.

ecococoon will not be held liable for any loss resulting from late delivery, lost, stolen or damaged items after official delivery or receipt of your order has taken place. Delivery time is subject to possible changes in carrier schedules, strikes, delays, accidents, public holidays, customs, clearance etc.

It is your responsibility to advise us if your order is late, lost, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us immediately via info@ecococoon.com.au or phone 07 3374 3604 and ensure you have your Invoice or Order Number.

If you have changed your mind and wish to exchange your product, the product must be returned in the original packaging (as per our Warranties & Returns Policy). The return postage charges are the sole responsibility of the sender.

 

ORDERS SHIPPED OVERSEAS

All prices advertised are in Australian dollars.

Overseas orders may attract customs duties and taxes applicable to the country of destination, which are in addition to the fees quoted on this website. It is up to the purchaser to determine these additional fees from within the relevant country of destination. Please also check country law to check if the item you are purchasing is not forbidden or banned.

Overseas orders are sent using Australia Post and are not trackable. ecococoon will not be held liable for any loss resulting from non delivery, late delivery, lost, stolen or damaged items.
