Warranties & Returns
Our Return Policy
If you have purchased your product(s) from a retail store, you will need to return the item to them in the first instance.
If you have purchased any of our products within a 30 day period from our online store, and you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange a return or web-store credit exchange of your purchase.
All goods returned must be in a perfect, unused and re-saleable condition, together with original product packaging. All postage charges for the return of product will be sole the responsibility of the purchaser, unless there is a product defect, or there was an error on our part when processing your order (‘Company Error’). In the case of a Company Error, ecococoon will arrange appropriate collection of your product to be returned to our head office at our charge. ecococoon will not accept any returns after 30 days, unless there is a product defect.
Please note that colours of products displayed on your computer screen may vary from the actual colour of the goods you have purchased. ecococoon will not be held liable for colour variations caused by your computer monitor. Our return policy does not cover for issues resulting from colour variations caused from your computer monitor.
Our 1-year Warranty
ecococoon is proud of its high product standards and uniquely engineered features. However, sometimes things can go wrong with our manufacture, and if you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our product, we will be happy to refund you in accordance with our one-year warranty.
Our one-year warranty covers all bottles (the cocoon™), cups, and cap & lid (the cocooncap™) against manufacturer defects, and excludes normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, peeling or flaking paint, slight colour variations, etc. Accessories (cuddlers™) or any other product are not covered by the ecococoon warranty.
If you are not completely sure if the problem is a manufacturer defect please read our instructions for care or FAQ’s. Otherwise, please give us a call on 07 3374 3604 we can help you figure it out!
To qualify for the one-year warranty, you must have purchased our product directly from our website www.ecococoon.com.au.
If you have purchased our product from a retailer within Australia, we recommend you contact the retailer directly to organise a return or exchange.
