    ecococoon Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘ecococoon’) offers and sells through this website www.ecococoon.com.au (hereinafter the 'website') directly to consumers and trade (wholesale) partners only, items from the ecococoon collection. Any discounts or special offers made via it's online retail store or newsletters are not available for Wholesale partners unless otherwise specified.

    By accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree without limitation by these Terms and Conditions.

    ecococoon reserves the right to change these Terms, Conditions and Privacy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately.

    OPENING PERIODS

    Our office operates Monday to Friday excluding Queensland and other Australian national public holidays.

    Our customer service hours are 9am to 4pm.

    Our online store operates 24/7! 

    Any enquiries and/or orders received will be processed on the next working business day.

    We are closed for approximately two weeks over the Christmas/New Year period each year.

    PAYMENT AND SECURITY

    All payments are required to be made upfront together with a delivery address, valid contact number and email for your order to be sent to you.

    WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    In addition to our standard Terms and Conditions, wholesalers are subject to the additional Wholesale Terms and Conditions.

    PROMOTIONS COMPETITIONS AND SALES

    From time to time, ecococoon may offer discounts, promotions and/or sales. 

    Sale prices and offers during these periods only apply to items that are in stock at the relevant time. 

    Discounts, promotions and/or sales are not applicable to Wholesale orders.

    Minimum spends may apply.

    ecococoon reserves the right to end the Sale/Promotion/Discount Codes earlier than listed where stock may become limited or sold out.

    Out of Stock

    • For any items that are out of stock, ecococoon will give you the choice of a refund for the out of stock item or a replacement item in lieu.

    Pre-Order Stock

    • Pre-Order items are currently unavailable and/or currently sold out in our shop.
    • Pre-Order is placing orders in advance and requires full payment.
    • Any orders that contain current and Pre-Order stock will be sent after the date stated for Pre-Order stock to arrive.
    • ecococoon will endeavour to keep you up to date via emails with regards to the status of a Pre-Order as from time to time delays in manufacturing and/or shipping may occur that are outside of ecococoon's control.
